All items are sold subject to payment in full.

Dispatch: 

Following cleared payment items will be dispatched the next working day wherever practical.

Shipping Options & Expected Delivery Times:

 UK Delivery is normally within 3 days of payment in full being made.

Overseas deliveries do vary depending on country.

All Royal Mail standard postage has a maximum of 2kg so any parcels over 2kg will be sent with a courier, which will show during checkout.

Courier shipments do cost more, this will reflect in the total payment - tracking numbers are sent along with dispatch.

Courier shipments arrive within 1-3 working days in the UK and an average of 1-4 days for overseas. Tracking will always show expected delivery date.

WE ARE ASKING UK CUSTOMERS TO PLEASE ALLOW 2 WEEKS FOR THEIR ORDERS TO ARRIVE AND INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS TO PLEASE ALLOW 4 WEEKS FOR THEIR ORDERS TO ARRIVE.

Returns: 

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure the products are in the same condition as received and returned using a secure postal service.

PLEASE NOTE: Returned orders are only refunded AFTER we have received the returned items and ensured they're returned in the same condition as sent. 
Return costs will be covered by us if we are liable for the reason for return (example: item arrived damaged, incorrect item sent, item/quality does not match the description on the advert) - other reasons for return cannot be covered by us.

Changes to an Order: 

Orders can be amended/cancelled by the customer before dispatch is confirmed.

If the order has been shipped before we receive the cancellation/amendment request, we will get back in touch to resolve any problems and/or to advise on returning the item for a refund if a cancellation was requested.

Lost / misplaced orders: 

If an order has not arrived in the expected time frame, please get in touch and we will contact the shipping company in order to retrieve as much information as possible. If we are told by the shipping company that the order is lost, we will ship a replacement immediately - no extra cost will be requested from the customer. If we cannot replace any items in the order (for example we are out of stock) then a refund will be sent to cover the unavailable items. 

In the unlikely event of there being a problem - no matter how small - please get in touch so we work towards a resolution.
